1. Nature of the Database (Entertainment)

Finent ("the Site"), operated by FinentLabs ("we", "us"), is a comparative entertainment database that aggregates net worth estimates of historical figures, modern public figures, and fictional characters.

By accessing this Site, you acknowledge that our "Net Worth" figures are speculative estimates derived from algorithmic extrapolation, public sentiment, and open-source intelligence. Because we list fictional entities (e.g., "Darth Vader") alongside living individuals, you explicitly agree that no data on this site constitutes a verified financial audit or factual reporting.

2. Zero Liability Protocol

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finent and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of this data. We are not liable for:

• Investment losses (Crypto, Stock, or otherwise) based on our data.
• Reputational damages claimed by public figures listed in the index.
• Inaccuracies in the "Wealth Gap" or "Audit" calculation tools.

3. Binding Arbitration & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Delaware. You strictly waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials against Finent.

4. Anti-Scraping Policy

You agree not to use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Site for the purpose of copying our datasets, algorithms, or content. Unauthorized data extraction is a violation of these Terms and will result in an immediate IP ban.

5. Corrections & Takedowns

If you are a public figure listed on Finent and believe your profile is materially inaccurate, contact [email protected]. We adhere to a strict 7-day review protocol for legitimate correction requests.

6. Finent Cards & Payments

"Finent Cards" are paid, personalized novelty items. The name, photo, and figures shown are supplied entirely by the purchaser and are not verified, endorsed, or factual. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to use any name or image you upload.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, sales tax, and receipts. Because each card is custom-made to order and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Should a payment be refunded or charged back, the associated card link is automatically deactivated. Cards are private, unlisted links; you may edit or permanently delete any card at any time using the management link in your confirmation email, or by contacting [email protected].

7. Prohibited Content & Card Removal

You may not create a card containing content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or sexually explicit, that sexualizes or endangers a minor, or that uses a real person's name, image, or likeness without their consent. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finent against any claim arising from it.

We may remove, deactivate, or decline to create any card, and suspend any purchaser, at our sole discretion and without notice. If you are depicted on a card and want it removed, or you wish to report a card, contact [email protected] and we will act promptly. Suspected illegal content may be reported to the relevant authorities.
