1. Made to Order, Delivered Instantly
Finent Cards are personalized, made-to-order digital novelty items. Each card is generated from the details you provide and delivered immediately to a private link the moment your payment clears. Because the item is custom-made and delivered instantly, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. When We'll Still Help
If your card failed to generate, you were charged incorrectly, or you have not yet received or shared your private link, email us at [email protected] within 14 days and we'll make it right — including a full refund where appropriate.
3. How Refunds Are Handled
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record (your statement shows FinentLabs via Paddle). Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. When a refund or chargeback is approved, the associated card link is automatically deactivated and will no longer open.
